What are the application and security deposit fees?
A $50 application fee and a one months security deposit is required.
How man bedrooms and baths are in the Orchard cottages?
Each bedroom has its own in suite bathroom.
The Orchard has:
- 2 bedroom 2 bath Cottages
- 3 bedroom 3 bath Cottages
- 4 bedroom 4 bath Cottages
- 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Cottages
What are the amenities at the Orchard?
Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 have their own pool with a grilling site at each pool.
How far is the Orchard from the UT Campus?
The Orchard is 2.5 miles from campus.
What appliances are included in the Orchard cottages?
The Orchard cottages include high-efficiency full-size washer and dryers, oven/stove/microwave and refrigerator.
How many parking spaces are provided?
The Orchard does not offer reserved parking. Each bedroom has a parking space and there is ample allotted guest parking.
Are the cottages equipped with cable and high speed internet?
The Orchard cottages provide Comcast high speed internet and cable television which is included in the rent.
Does the Orchard allow pets?
The Orchard does allow pets and there is a $250 pet deposit
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of the month and is considered late if it is not received by the close of the fifth business day of the month.
What is included in the rent?
The monthly rent includes high speed internet, cable, pest control, lawn and grounds maintenance, garbage service and access to all pool amenities.
Are utilities included in the rent?
The utilities (electric and water) are not included in the rent. The utilities average $40 – $80 per person per month. The cable and internet are included in the rent.
