“What a great location to be near campus and live in a nice community in the East Tennessee hills! The cottages are spacious and roomy! No dorm hallways or all the noise! Feels like home!”

“I lived here for the 2017-2018 school year and I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. The rooms and fridge are spacious, a dishwasher, washer, and dryer were all included as was internet. Any and all problems were handled by management in a timely manner, and they never charged any additional fees. Our landlords also responded in a timely manner to all communication and were transparent about everything. Pet friendly too.”
